So it is day two of trying to figure out the watch. Are you totally bored with these posts yet? I am really getting tired of talking about this thing. But I feel as if I must, because maybe someone else has had the troubles and can help me out a little.
It was a 35 degree day here today in Michigan. I bundled up with my outdoor gear and set off on the front porch to give the Old Garmin a chance to find those satellites. I pushed the training portion of the bezel, then I pushed the GPS portion. Here is what I was faced with:
Damn GPS!!!
I played and played with the Bezel and the training button, but I could not get the toggle to work to turn the GPS on. This just shouldn't be this hard. I got really frustrated, and cold standing outside, so I decided to return to my old friend......
Just like an old sweatshirt..Comfy, Cozy and there for me!!
I ended up doing some interval stuff and knocking out 3.1 miles. I had left my outside running pants on, and boy did I work up a sweat!! But I got in a workout, and I could see my numbers. No GPS needed.
Tomorrow is another day..........
I am going to start photographing food again. I lost some weight while doing my lunch juices, but those darn pounds have started to creep back. So lunch today was a nice big bowl of veggies, a Fiber One bar and a delicious glass of ice cold water. For sure there will be some kind of snack around 3pm. This just isn't enough food, but after the run on the treadmill I just wasn' t that hungry.
There is that 405 just mocking me!!!
These are so good!!!
ahhhh....Refreshing
