So, a few weeks ago, I wrote a post here about Operation Hardcore Fit. Megan at www.watchmegorun.com is the brains behind the sweat of this program. We are a group of people who have decided to go hardcore this year in our workouts. Now, hardcore means different things to different people, so that is what makes this a fun easy group to participate with. I set three goals for 2012 which you can read about here.
Megan has also set up a blog roll to link our blogs together. You can click on any of the posts in the blogroll, and it will take you to that person's blog. You can find the blogroll over on the right hand side of my blog.
I will also be posting my monthly goals.
My January goal was to run 4 miles in under 40 minutes. Did I succeed??? You "betcha" Sarah Palin I did!!! I only did it once, but I am counting it as Hardcore!!!
My February goal is to run 5 miles without stopping. No PR's here, just going for distance.
