"Hips Don't Lie"

And the Treadmill doesn't lie either!!!!

I have made it to the elusive 10 minute mile club!  Pretty good for someone who started seriously running right before Thanksgiving.  




Now on to the next goal.  What should it be...Speed or Distance??  I need some advice from the elite runners out there.

  1. Awesome job! I would work on building up your base with distance. You can do some speed days but a good strong base will carry you far!

  3. Definitely work on distance. Speed will come as the distance goes up along with your running fitness.
