4 miles on treadmill. 12.14 pace
Started out with big hopes of doing this workout from Carrotsncake. Total Fail!! I made it through the first 10 minutes at the staggering inclines, and felt as if I had just started working out after sitting on my rear for 20 years.... So I regrouped during a 10 minute walk, and I kept thinking...don't throw in the towel. You are still doing better by moving on the treadmill than sitting on the couch, so keep going!! So I did, and finished up with some interval run/walks which took me to 4 miles. I completed under 50 minutes so I felt as if I accomplished something!
My usual breakfast consisted of a wheat bagel, peanut butter and a banana. That was right when I woke up. After my workout, I threw together the following:
Simply Suzanne Granola
Chobani Greek Yogurt
Peanut Butter
Banana
It looked like this:
This filled me up until I had an early dinner around 4:30.
For dinner I had a Spinach Salad with feta, dried cherries, almonds and a lowfat italian dressing. This is my "go to "salad of late. It was really good.

And for dessert.....My favorite bars....Almond Sweet and Salty. Awesomeness in a chewy bar!!

Pretty low key day today. Did some grocery shopping and Christmas shopping. Basic mom stuff!!
